Join a boat tour to watch the waves of Teahupoo, a world-famous surfing spot in Tahiti. Learn about the history and legends of the area from your guide as you cruise through the lagoon.

Start your tour with a drive to the marina of Teahupoo. Board your boat and head towards the end of the road where your captain will introduce you to the Teahupoo area. This small district is world-famous for its special waves that break over shallow coral hundreds of meters from shore.

Exit the lagoon and head to the surfing break. Every year in August, the district hosts an international surfing competition. In July 2024, it will host the surfing events of the Olympic Games.
