Excursion to Machu Picchu + Huayna Picchu Mountain

We will go to the Ollantaytambo railway station, from where we will take a train to Aguas Calientes. For an hour and a half, we will make an unforgettable trip enjoying a privileged view of the mountains thanks to the large windows and glass roofs of the carriages.

We will arrive at our destination at approximately 7:00 am. In Aguas Calientes we will board a bus that will take us to the entrance of Machu Picchu, where we will give you directions so you can begin the hiking route through the Huayna Picchu mountain. You will have two and a half hours to explore this mountain of more than 2,500 meters high on your own. The views will fascinate you!

After the walk, we will be waiting for you to take a guided tour of the archaeological site. For three hours we will tour the famous lost city of the Incas protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Do you want to know all its secrets?

Afterwards, we will return to the bus heading to Aguas Calientes, where we will leave you almost five hours of free time so that you can eat on your own and visit the town. You will fall in love with its artisan market!

In the afternoon, it will be time to get back on the train that will take us back to Ollantaytambo. We will drop you off at your hotel in Cusco at approximately 9:00 p.m.
