※Note※The Cape Kamui is closed every October for scheduled inspection.If the promenade cannot be accessed due to inspection, strong winds, or other unavoidable circumstances, the visit will be changed to the Kamui Cape Observatory, with a shorter stay at Kamui Cape and a longer stay in Otaru.
