Really good tour guided by Robert. He had a lot of knowledge and could tell a lot of stories. As a guide and storyteller, Robert is an obvious choice and people are lucky if they have him as a tour guide. He took good care of his group and made sure that we were all on the way The only downside was that Robert had a tendency to make a lot of fun of himself. You could easily stand there wondering if he was actually okay.

Our driver was very helpful when we first boarded. I needed a charging cable & he told me where on our route I could hop off to get one on our way to the castle. Very cordial, friendly and welcoming. From the young folk that sell the tickets to the ones that drive you around. Overall a very clean, comfortable ride. They provide headphones for the audio on board in several languages for all visitors.

Robbie did an excellent job, he was very knowledgeable about JK Rowling and the history of how the books came to be written etc. He took us round the kirkyard, diagon Alley, grassmarket and the quiz kept everyone thinking! Would definitely recommend!

Our tour was absolutely fantastic and it was only made better by our amazing guide Jackson! From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and at ease and excited about the tour! He was so energetic and knowledgeable! If I was doing this tour again I would specifically request him! Fantastic all around!!


