Best way to see the Normandy area. Ilia our tour guide was fantastic, the car/driver made getting around so easy. We had 1 day for Normandy and saw so much. Highly recommend

Overall, this was a great day. We saw all the major Normandy sights of WWII. Some information was given by the driver at the sights, but I really thought there could've been more. The guide brought a large book with facts & maps, but only showed us 2 pages. He didn't really say much until we arrived, and then gave sort of bare bones information. If I didn't already know a lot of the history, I'd be a little lost. You really need to paint a picture of the war and it was just lacking. That being said, it was still humbling to be in the area, and we were transported everywhere safely. I'd still recommend the trip, would just advise Blue Fox Travel to maybe train their guides a bit better on the material, or encourage them to give more context on the history.

we appreciated the tour on a Sunday one of the few companies that actually do the tour on Sundays. It was quiet on the beaches that were so beautiful and our tour guide was very acknowledge and helpful book make sure to find some rocks and some seashells on the beaches. It’s a good way to bring something home. The museums are very interesting to hear the stories of what happened and to see some of the items that was left. The tour did not disappoint worth the time and the day trip from Paris.

Our half day D Day tour of Omaha Beach was amazing. I’ve done several tours in Europe and this was by far the best. Our tour guide, Pascal, was an entertaining and informative storyteller. Communication before the tour was clear and they let us know about small changes in the itinerary so we were completely prepared.

Excellent tour. Gwen was a fabulous guide with very good English & a great sense of humour. Made it very easy for us oldies to climb all the stairs by stopping regularly & chatting informatively. We were really happy that we had no trouble completing this fairly active tour.
