The van collection was on time at our hotel, comfortable and the driver was lovely. Upon arriving for the boat, the driver helped with our bags and ticket collection. When we got to the boat, staff helped with our bag, the boat had plenty of space and was a smooth trip. A faultless journey and great for the cost!

Tom and Jack were excellent guides for the trip. Got to see turtles, underwater statues and corals. Lunch was eaten on Gili Meno Island. What a lovely day!

Booked this experience for my mother (77 years old) and myself. It was by far the best thing we did on our entire three week trip to Indonesia. Everyone involved was very helpful, which was necessary for my mother who has some mobility issues. It was difficult for her to get on and off the boat, but the staff were very patient and helpful with her. The snorkeling in these locations is excellent. We saw so many turtles! There were also so many colourful fish and the crew brought food so we could feed them and they just swarmed around us! We saw lots of clowns and a lionfish which was pretty special. I originally booked this experience because I wanted to see the NEST sculptures off Gili Meno, honeslty this was the least of the experience, it was just so crowded with people kicking you in the face with their fins to get a look at it. I think it's best to stay one night on Gili Meno and go really early if you want to see this. This did have a silver lining though, there were many turtles nearby and because all the tourists were preoccupied with the statues, I had the turtles all to myself. We had ample time to explore all three islands and had free time for lunch on Gili T. Our guide had a GoPro and transferred all the photos and videos to my phone on the way back to Lombok. This really made our experience the best, the photos and videos were spectacular. He even made us a little video to use as an Instagram Reel, so I didn't even have to do that for myself later! They really had thought of everything. The only thing I would suggest is more information on the boat, and maybe pictures of it for mobility impaired guests (the listing just says "not wheelchair accessible" and Mum isn't in a wheelchair and doesn't use any kind of mobility aid). If my Mum had been just a bit more impaired than she already is, she wouldn't have been able to get on and off the boat.

Nusa Penida is beyond beautiful! I had such an amazing day, and the whole trip was very smooth. I was picked up from my hotel at 6:30AM, and the driver was punctual with a comfortable ride to the port. After the ferry, we were picked up by Dede, our guide for the day. His English is great, and we even communicated in Malay at times, everything felt easy and natural. Dede was not only a great guide and driver, but also an amazing photographer! He guided us on where to stand, helped take photos, and even queued for spots so we could get the best shots. The ride throughout the island was smooth, and he shared interesting stories and insights about Bali along the way. It was a private car tour, so the timing was flexible and everything felt relaxed. Overall, such a lovely experience, we were lucky to have great tour guide, smooth trip, perfect weather with blue skies and stunning ocean views 🙏 Grateful and thank you!

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip. The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical. After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail. I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.

We booked a car late in the evening, a little hesitant about arriving at 9 a.m. The car was parked at the hotel at 9 a.m. sharp, and our driver, Dedi, was pleasant. He opened the door and helped with any questions! The car was clean and comfortable!!! And Dedi himself was an excellent tour guide! And the best part is, the price was reasonable for a 12-hour rental.


