Join our hand-picked cooking class in the Tuscan countryside, for an immersive Italian culinary experience.
Your hands-on cooking class takes place in one of the most beautiful Villas of 1600 and the kitchen is set in the old barn with the old trough

THE EXPERIENCE, VEGGIE GARDEN AND VINEYARD
We'll welcome you offering a cup of Italian style coffee, made with "moka".
You will be guided through the property and vineyard, to pick some fresh veggies and aromatic herbs in our vegetable garden. We'll explain the story of our Villa and how we produce our wine and Extra V. Olive Oil.
Then it's time to wash our hands, wear the aprons and start the Cooking Experience! You will cook a full menù according to the old traditions, including homemade pasta, using the recipes of Lulu's Grandmother. It's a hands-on cooking class, so everyone will prepare their own meal having fun!

You'll taste our Extra V. Olive Oil, produced by Lulu's family since 3 generations, with 100% Coratina olives from Apulia.

Then it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor, having a delicious meal with a view, and tasting our homemade wine, surrounded by a unique and intimate Live Opera Performance of the most beautiful Italian arias and songs, by a professional artist.

NOTE: the picking of the vegetables depends on the seasonality, and it is not guaranteed from November to April. We always have aromatic herbs to pick, and there is always the possibility to visit our property, including the vineyards, also in the winter (according to the weather).

We kindly inform our guests that our experiences run with a minimum of 4 guests. We will make sure to contact you at least 24 hours prior to the event to offer the possibility of rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
