Ambassador of the provencial way of life, the family mill Bastide du Laval is located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Reserve, 30 minutes North of Aix-en-Provence.
You will enter in our modern olive oil mill to see the machines and learn all about the extraction methods.
This self-guided tour will be followed by a commented tasting of all our olive oils (green fruity, ripe fruity, matured olive oil and flavoured), as well as our other products (wines and spread).
At the end of the tour, you will be offered a jar of olives or a bottle of wine (rosé, white or red).
You can extend your visit with a stroll through our olive grove overlooking the Luberon.
