Passing through the narrow streets of Castellane, you can admire the Roc and its chapel: a limestone rock rising 184 meters above the village.

Lake of Castillon covers 500 hectares, with a dam 85m high. The turquoise color of the water in Lac de Castillon is due to the clay bed and the purity of the water.

When a dam was built in 1948, the village was swallowed up by the lake. Come and discover a lake full of history and its incredible landscape.
