Itinerary
Set against the backdrop of the lush hills of Maggiora, near Lake Maggiore, and the pink porphyry of an ancient volcanic caldera, this tour offers the opportunity to discover a historic winery and the transformation process from grape to wine — respecting tradition, authenticity, as well as experimentation and innovation.

Begin your journey with a guided tour through the dream realized by Ermanno Conti: the castle-winery built in the early 1960s, which, in addition to housing the production processes, features the Time Corridor — a small museum with a collection of historic bottles and old tools, a barrel cellar, tasting and sales rooms.

Led by the family's staff, start your tasting with Nebbiolo grapes and other rarer varieties:

Origins Rosso: Taste the wine made from old vineyards cultivated using the traditional "alla maggiorina" method, explaining what it means to preserve identity vineyards that might otherwise be lost.

Spanna Colline Novaresi: Enjoy a pure Nebbiolo, that is the king of the Piedmontese wines, to grasp its full elegance.

Boca DOC: Savor a long-aged red that exemplifies the unique depth and mineral character of our terroir.

Elixir: Delight in our aromatic red wine, a unique blend that (dulcis in fundo) adds a distinctive touch to your tasting journey.

Pair your wine with two typical local products: an artisanal cheese (toma) and a raw salami, to complete the rich flavors of our selections.

Immerse yourself in an unforgettable experience, where every sip tells the fascinating story of volcanic origins that influence the character of our wines.

You will learn about wine production, agricultural techniques, grape varieties, food and wine pairings, and enjoy an easy, friendly tasting course — a journey where wine and life, cultivation and culture inevitably blend.
