Mount Etna: Summit Craters Tour and Wine Tasting

Starting from Piano Provenzana, you will board a 4x4 bus that will take you up to an altitude of 2800 meters. Here, in the company of an expert volcanological guide, you will discover the thousand-year history of Etna, from its origins to the present day, with particular attention to the flora and fauna that characterize this extraordinary environment.

You will then begin the descent towards an altitude of 2500 meters, where you will explore the craters of 1809, and then continue to the craters of 2002 where you will walk surrounded by a landscape that tells the story of the power and beauty of the highest active volcano in Europe.

Once the adventure on Etna is over, you will reach one of the best wineries located on the slopes of the volcano on your own. After a guided tour of the cellar, you can taste some of the best DOC wines of Etna, accompanied by local culinary specialties.
