It was a wonderful experience. The naturalist was extremely professional and always attentive to spotting birds and wildlife throughout the rainforest. I truly appreciated this immersive moment in nature and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys outdoor and wildlife experiences.

The buffet is available until the activities end. We added transportation to the hotel, and the driver was very attentive. The boat trip wasn't as pleasant; they went very fast, splashing us, and if you don't tip them more, they don't answer or give directions. The life jackets smell bad, you can't touch the sloths, and there are only three of them. The wildlife exhibits are just butterflies and frogs, and there are very few of them. It's really expensive for what it is; it's not worth it. It's better to buy tickets for the activities directly at the location. The buffet food is varied and plentiful. The restaurant is nice, and the waiters are attentive. Alcoholic drinks are not included, but they do give you a complimentary drink (water or soda).

Our tour guide, Logan was phenomenal. He went up and beyond to make our tour memorable, fun, and personal. He is the best tourist guide I have ever encounter. 5 stars customer service and 5 stars for the tour. It was small, private, fun, educational, and safe. Logan picked us up on time, was very communicative and attentive.

An amazing beautiful sanctuary! Great place to connect with nature! The gandola ride to the top was very relaxing..just you and nature with a great view at the top over seeing the canal. It was great to see the sloths at the sanctuary (spoiled little fur balls ❤️) and all the other animals (butterflies, rain frogs). Had an amazing time overall. There is also ziplining but you need to book in advance.

TAKE THIS TOUR!!! Expectations EXCEEDED!! Saw much monkeys, turtle, butterflies, turtles, frogs, sloth’s, and even a large alligator!! Rode along with container cargo ships. Juan was an EXCELLENT GUIDE!!!! Melissa was the GOAT Boat Driver!!! DON’T MISS OUT!!!

First off, John was an amazing tour guide/host! His sense of humor was great. He's super knowledgeable about Panama and its history. He gave us some great history lessons lol The tour itself was great also! We didn't get to see as many monkeys or other animals as I'd hoped, but it was still a good time! And I liked the jungle walk too The brunch was SO GOOD! I wanted to bring some of the hojaldra with me to go! lol Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would do it again! 
