Cusco: 1-day Tour to the 7 lakes of Ausangate |with lunch|

The Tour of the 7 Lakes of Ausangate Cusco, is a new natural attraction located southeast of the city of Cusco, where you can appreciate and tour the lagoons at the foot of the majestic mountain of Ausangate. We can also appreciate beautiful landscapes, mountains, flora and fauna typical of this place.

The names of the 7 lagoons of Ausangate Cusco are: Laguna Superior, Otorongo Macho, Otorongo Hembra, Laguna Colorada, Laguna Ccomer, Laguna Azul and Laguna Alqa. Within the Tour of the 7 lagoons of Ausangate we have the option to visit the village center of the Pacchanta Community and its thermo medicinal waters.

Itinerary:

We will start with the pick up from the hotel in Cusco at 04:00 am, and then head to the village of Pacchanta where we will have a replenishing breakfast.

From this village of Pachanta we will start the hike, during 2 hours of travel we will arrive at a viewpoint from where you can see the 7 lakes of Ausangate.

Later we will walk another 3 hours touring a large part of the 7 lagoons and culminating at the starting point in the town of Pacchanta (place where we will have our lunch).

Finally we will return to the city of Cusco.
