Train to Machu Picchu

When you make your reservation, you can choose the Expedition or Voyager
train, you have different schedules, check when booking.
You can also choose the type of train you wish to travel on to Machu Picchu:

Expedition Train
If you choose the Expedition Train option, you will travel to Aguas Calientes on one of the most spectacular rail routes in the world. Glide through breathtaking scenery and admire the incredible views from the train's large windows.

Voyager Train
You are about to live a unique experience in our train, close to nature and the landscapes of the Sacred Valley, without leaving aside the comfort and tranquility it offers.

The transportation from Cusco to Aguas Calientes is Bimodal
That is to say that first you will board a bus that will take you to Ollantaytambo station and then you will transfer to the train that will take you from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes.
The train ride takes between 3 hours 30 minutes and 4 hours.

Once your reservation is made, we will send you your official train tickets within 72 hours.
