Jøssingfjord: Science Museum Entrance ticket

Jøssingfjord Science Museum is a modern and interactive museum, well suited for visitors of all ages! It is the only one of its kind in Norway, focusing on the connections between geology and mining, and the people who have lived, fought and worked in the fjord through centuries.

The unique geology of the Dalane region serves as a vantage point for our museum exhibtions. The museum also tells the stories of those who have inhabited the fjord, the various industries that have been located here, and how Jøssingfjord was affected by World War II.

You can enjoy a cup of coffee or eat lunch in our café, while enjoying a spectacular view of the historic houses beneath Helleren and the beautiful fjord.
