Cusco: Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu Day Trip with Train

Embark on a full-day adventure to Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu from Cusco. Take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, explore the Lost City of the Incas, and hike to the top of Huayna Picchu.

Start your day with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Cusco. Head to Ollantaytambo, where you'll catch a train to Aguas Calientes. Enjoy the scenic landscapes of the Peruvian Andes through the large windows and glass ceiling of the train carriages.

Arrive in Aguas Calientes and catch a bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Once inside the Lost City of the Incas, hike to the top of Huayna Picchu. Enjoy 2.5 hours to walk around the mountain and take in the unparalleled views from its 2,500-meter peak.

After the hike, meet back up for a guided tour of the archaeological site. Delve deep into the fascinating history of this Inca citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
