At the splendid Malecón del Caimán, also known as Malecón del Rio, you can enjoy the beautiful view and a variety of restaurants serving typical Colombian coastal foods. You can take photos and learn more about the city's legends.
Stop 5: Shakira Statue, Av. del Rio (15 minutes)
You'll stop to take photos at the monument of Shakira Mebarak Ripol, one of Colombia's and the world's most representative singers from Barranquilla.
Pass By: Pumarejo bridge, Sitionuevo, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
On the Pumarejo bridge, you'll receive a brief historical overview of its creation.
Stop 6: Monumento a El Pibe Valderrama (2 hours 20 minutes)
After a 2-hour journey from Barranquilla to Santa Marta, you'll visit the monument of legendary Colombian national team soccer player Carlos "El Pibe" Valderrama. Here, you can take photos and listen to a brief soccer history about national team.
Stop 7: Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia (10 minutes_

Stop 8: Parque de Los Novios (15 minutes)
One of the most iconic and romantic spots in Santa Marta, perfect for taking photos at the Dome of the Bride and Groom.

Stop 10: Museo del Oro Tayrona - Casa de la Aduana (15 minutes)
A free museum exhibiting archaeological objects from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and the original indigenous people of Magdalena.
Stop 11: Catedral de Santa Marta (15 minutes)
You'll visit the Basilica Cathedral of Santa Marta, learn abou the history that is behind this Cathedral and walk around it's surroundings.
Stop 12: Playa El Rodadero, Santa Marta (5 hours 30 minutes)
The most important beach in Santa Marta, located in the most beautiful bay of America. Here, you'll take time to enjoy a sea bath and have a typical lunch with several dish options. You'll spend an hour and a half here before heading back to Cartagena, a journey of approximately 4 hours.
