Saariselkä: Wilderness Dinner - Chef's Special Evening

Experience a 3-course buffet dinner in a relaxed wilderness atmosphere. Be picked up by a driver and transported to the Wilderness Center. After arriving, take a short but crucial walk in the wilderness area to spot any auroras and build your appetite.

You'll be greeted by a warm fire in a traditional "laavu" (Sami shelter) to set the mood. The dinner itself is served in a modern wilderness restaurant, which also has a live fire inside.

Wilderness Buffet Dinner menu:
Starters: various entrees
Main Course: Sautéed deer, smoked salmon, mashed potatoes.

PLEASE NOTE: that the Wiltsu dinner is a buffet featuring local fish, meat, and some vegetarian options. Unfortunately, it may not be suitable for guests with multiple allergies or specific dietary restrictions.
