Itinerary
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in the enchanting beauty of the National Park of Cinque Terre on this full-day tour where you'll explore four of the five charming villages along the stunning Ligurian coastline.

By touring with us this UNESCO World Heritage site, you will have a perfect mix of light hiking, beach relaxation, and culinary delights. With no rush and plenty of free time, you'll experience the magic of Cinque Terre from both above and along the coast.

Your adventure begins with a scenic 2.5-hour train ride from Florence to La Spezia, where you'll enjoy stunning views of the Tuscan coast and Apennines. Upon arrival, hop on the 5 Terre Express to your first stop, Manarola.
Famous for its colorful buildings and picturesque harbor, this charming village is perfect for leisurely strolls, iconic photos, and local shopping. Feeling adventurous? Join your guide for a light hike that offers breathtaking coastal views, suitable for all skill levels.

Next, hop on the train to Vernazza, known for its picturesque marina and historical landmarks. In Vernazza, you'll have the chance to dive into the culinary traditions of Cinque Terre with a hands-on pesto-making class.

Learn the art of preparing pesto by hand, using the traditional mortar and pestle technique. Afterward, enjoy a delicious pasta made with the pesto you've created, paired with a wine tasting featuring three local Cinque Terre wines.

Spend the rest of your free time wandering through its narrow, winding streets, lined with local artisan shops selling unique handmade goods and souvenirs. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the 11th-century Church of Santa Margherita d'Antiochia, or simply relax by the harbor, enjoying the sight of fishing boats gently swaying in the water.

Continue to Monterosso, renowned for its sandy beaches. Spend 1.5 hours relaxing, swimming, or exploring quaint shops. Don't miss out on sampling some gelato or sipping refreshing limoncino.

Your last stop is Riomaggiore, where you can unwind or take an optional walk along the Via dell'Amore. This scenic path, known as the "Path of Love," recently reopened after being closed for 12 years. It offers romantic views of the cliffs and sea, making it a must-see! Do you want to know why it's called the Path of Love?

After a day filled with exploration and unique experiences, board the train back to La Spezia for your return journey to Florence —it's a long journey, but every moment is worth sharing!
