From Falmouth: Dunn's River Falls and Ocho Rios Day Trip

Head to the world-famous Dunn's River Falls, without a doubt the most popular tourist attraction in Ocho Rios and one of Jamaica's natural treasures. When you arrive at the falls, be oriented by your guides briefly before making the climb.

There is a stairway adjacent to the fall that goes all the way down to the beach. At the base of the falls on the beach, start your climb of this 600-foot natural wonder. The climb is not hard, but an easily navigable fun experience.

For those who do not want to climb, but prefer a less adventurous experience, the beautiful impressive sights of the falls alone are worth it. View the action from the adjacent stairways and the beautiful surroundings all to the sounds of gushing water on the falls.

Dunn's River Falls and Park consists of a beach with water sports activities, a craft market, picnic areas, and a food court, but the main activity is climbing the falls. If you do not want to continue your climb at some point during the journey or would like to start at a particular point on the falls, there are several points along the way of the adjoining path where you can easily access the river.

Bathroom facilities and changing rooms are also available at each attraction. After you have finished your adventure, your driver/guide will take you for lunch at a local restaurant for authentic jerk chicken and shopping (optional at your expense) after which you will travel to your cruise ship/hotel.
