Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful at Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castle! Our guide Dimitri was knowledgeable and very informative with many helpful tips. We decide to take a steep hike to Mary’s viewing bridge and the views were amazing! Highly recommend tour with Gray Line. 😇👍

We had wonderful day with our guide Stephanie, she gave us all information about Bavaria, king Ludovit II. and his family. Location is beautiful and Neuschwanstein is best part of it. We were such interested in Ludovit II. that in the end of the day in hotel we watched movie abou him.

Picking up the tickets at the ticket office was great; they showed me the best place to park, explained how the shuttle works, and gave me a fantastic tip about getting off at Marienbrücke for a breathtaking view. Entry is regulated by the tour number on the ticket, so only a certain group size is allowed in. The audio guide tour inside the castle is excellent; I can and wholeheartedly recommend it.

My friend Mariana and I had an incredible experience with Olaf as our tour guide. He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. His voice was very soothing and professional, he gave us a history of both castles and made it feel like a very calm and lovely podcast. He made sure we were on time for everything and handled us like we were family. Because of him we would definitely book the tour all over again. Also, our bus driver was the best! Very friendly and the hospitality given to us made us feel so safe and in harmony.
