Riga: Husky Dog Sledding Experience

Enjoy an unforgettable husky dog sledding adventure through the beautiful forests just outside of Riga. Experience the thrill of the Arctic as a team of energetic huskies pulls you across the stunning Latvian wilderness.

Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and receive a short introduction on how to handle the husky team, along with important safety instructions. Then it's time to work together with the dogs and enjoy the excitement of the ride through the forest.

If you prefer a more relaxing experience, you can sit back and enjoy the ride as a passenger, guided by an experienced musher/instructor.

!!! Important Information
1) Weather-dependent activity: Husky sledding depends on weather conditions. If there is not enough snow, the sleds will be replaced with wheeled carts.
2) Season: Our season runs from November to April, depending on weather conditions. Due to unpredictable weather, tours may operate on snow sleds (with sufficient snow) or on wheeled carts (with low snow conditions).
3) Transfer time: The transfer by minivan to the husky location takes approximately 40–60 minutes (depending on traffic). The return journey takes about the same time.
4) Ride duration: The 3 km ride lasts approximately 10–15 minutes.
5) No-show policy: In case of no-show and no response at the meeting point, the transfer will depart without you.
