We went on a tour with our guide "Win" and it was wonderful. He always explained a lot and planned the day perfectly. A tour you should definitely do! The elephants live very well and are not treated like objects, as in other reserves.

A good tour for a varied vacation. It's packed with activities and offers a variety of photo locations. I recommend taking the rafting trip for the longest distance (you'll have to wait for everyone at the meeting point anyway). Cons: a long drive to the first location and back to the hotel in the evening, the ATVs (a lawnmower with wheels) are out of commission, and the trail is ridiculous (even a child would find it boring).

Excellent experience. Robert was a great tour guide, was super friendly, and spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this tour because they do direct hotel pick up and drop off included in the price. First we went to the sea turtle conservation center and it was so great seeing all the cute baby turtles. Then we went bamboo rafting and the guides were great pointing out several snakes in the trees. We even got little seats placed on the bamboo rafts so you didn’t actually get your butt wet at all. After bamboo rafting, we took a short break with refreshments that included some fruit and water and Pandan juice. Then lastly, we went to the waterfall, which was small since it is dry season but still a fun and refreshing swimming hole to swim in. Great three hour tour value for a great price with transportation included. It’s easy to get lost in all the different tour options and companies making it hard to decide which one. Just stop and book this tour and get back to enjoying your vacation! You won’t regret it.


