+ Start the tour with a short practice session to ride the bikes, get familiar with the bikes and roads, and learn some important traffic rules in Vietnam.

+ Then cross the Thu Bon River to visit the beautiful Cam Kim Island. Enjoy cycling through rice paddies and rural villages.

+ Step into a local home to learn, step by step, how to make rice paper using traditional stone mills. Take part in the process yourself and then enjoy the dishes you have cooked.

+ Then, continue to cycle through the rice paddies and peaceful villages. You will see some cows or water buffaloes along the way, enjoying eating grass and swimming in the river. Stop at an artisan incense-making family to learn about this longstanding cultural tradition in Vietnam. Then make some organic incense yourself and burn it to smell the difference.

+ Continue cycling along winding village roads before our bike tour stops at a local family in a village well known for straw mat weaving. Learn about this long-established craft and how mat weaving has been part of daily life for generations. Try weaving colorful straw mats yourself and experience the skill and patience behind each piece. Enjoy hands-on interaction with local artisans in a warm, family setting. This visit offers a deeper insight into traditional village life in Tra Nhieu.

+ Later, enjoy a refreshing stop for Vietnamese coffee and a restroom break.

+ After a short break, the tour continues with an easy 3 km ride to a nearly 500-year-old village, once famous for crafting wooden structures for kings and mandarins during the feudal era. Discover the artistry of traditional wood carving and seashell inlay at Kim Bong Carpentry Village. Learn about the history and techniques behind this renowned craft village. You can take part in a hands-on experience by carving your own name tag from local wood. This is a unique chance to connect with Vietnam's rich woodworking heritage.

+ End with a scenic boat ride across the Hoai River back to Hoi An old town.
