Just a great tour all around. From the beginning the tour company contacted me with all the details and kept me updated every step of the way. The van driver was pleasant and the van was clean and spacious. Once at the ATV place the team there was friendly and informative. They gave us all the remaining details and told us what to expect. The only thing I would recommend is to let people know in advance that it is helpful to bring your driver’s license with you too. Luckily we had ours but we didn’t know they needed it. Luis met us and took us to the ATV’s at a location not far from the office. He went over the rules and safety info and we were off. Had a blast. Went through fields, rivers, jungles, and finally the beach. They had a guy positioned out near the river to snap photos of us for sale at the end. They all more than earned a 5 Star review. I highly recommend this adventure and look forward to doing it again the next time I’m in town. Thank you to everyone that works there and made our trip so much fun. Pura Vida!!

Hayro was our guide for the day and he is an absolute professional. We learned so much from him, he was very patient with our group, and we had a great time. There is a lot of walking and some of it is at a brisk pace. We started out with the waterfall, which is breathtaking. My friends and I went down to the bottom (500 steps down and 500 back up). Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes; the stairs are wet, not necessarily slippery, but definitely wet. We left the waterfall and headed to the hanging bridges - it is about an hour/ two hour van ride between the waterfall and arrival at Mistico Park. Hayro set a good pace but it is very hilly, prepare yourself. The views are gorgeous. We brought ponchos but luckily the weather was perfect. Not too hot with the perfect amount of breeze. We left the hanging bridges and headed over to the Hot Springs. When I was deciding on excursions, I kept going back and forth but what made this one worth the extra money was the hot springs. We arrived at the resort and they had so many different springs for us to try of varying temperatures (I felt like Goldie Locks at one point). The hot springs with a Pina Colada in a Pineapple was the perfect ending to the day. Thank You Hayro and I cannot wait to return and tour with you again.

Punctuality, good service, attentiveness, very helpful and above all very knowledgeable about the types of coffee, characteristics that greatly helped in the selection of a good coffee, which I already tried and it is magnificent, not forgetting the thermal waters, where we also had a very good experience.
