Your adventure begins with a scenic drive inland from Zadar through the peaceful Dalmatian countryside. Our first stop is the tank memorial from Operation Leap, a powerful symbol of Croatia's struggle for independence. Here, you'll discover commanding views and learn about the turbulent centuries that saw the rise and fall of empires across this strategic frontier between coast and hinterland.

From there, we head to our family-owned olive grove and award-winning mill. You'll be welcomed with a glass of local sparkling wine—Dalmatia's answer to champagne—before a gentle stroll through the olive trees, where we'll share how the unique land, climate, and tradition come together to produce our gold award winning, exceptionally healthy olive oils.

Then, enjoy a guided tasting of our finest extra virgin olive oils, learning to recognise aromas, balance, and health benefits of one of the worlds finest olive oils.

A tasting of red and white wines made from native Croatian grape varieties follows, highlighting the deep connection between local soil, tradition, and flavour. Then, settle under the trees for a traditional Dalmatian lunch of seasonal regional dishes—drizzled in our best oils and served with your choice of wine.

The day ends at Kamenjak Nature Park, perched high above Lake Vrana. This hidden hilltop offers unforgettable views stretching across vineyards, olive groves, and out to the Kornati Islands—an ideal final stop to reflect on the sights, stories, and tastes of the day.
