How to use
[Carrier: Phi Phi Cruiser]
 
1) For package with transfer: You will receive a message about pick-up time after successful booking. Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled pick-up time, and present your booking number at the pier to check in.
 
2) For package without transfer: Please arrive at corresponding pier 30 minutes in advance of departure time and present your booking number to check in.
 
3) Redemption Address :

4) If you purchase a ticket for the Phuket - Phi Phi - Krabi/Ao Nang/Railay/Lanta, you can choose to travel directly to the destination or stay overnight on Phi Phi Island and depart again on any subsequent day.
 
The time for re-departure:
 
- Krabi: 13:30
 
- Ao Nang/Railay: 15:30
 
- Lanta: 11:30
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 21:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 21:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

1) Free pick-up/drop-off area: Phuket Town/Patong/Kata/Karon/Rawai/Naiharn. The transfer service is provided between your hotel and Phuket Rassada Pier. Please note that no transfer will be offered on Phi Phi island. Please check the pick-up/drop-off area carefully. If your Hotel Address is beyond the selected area, we will notify you in advance, and please go to the pier by yourself and no fees will be refunded.

  • For One-way ticket from Phuket to Phi Phi Island, we can provide a pick-up service from your hotel in Phuket to Rassada Pier.
  • For One-way ticket from Phi Phi Island to Phuket, we can provide a drop-off service from Rassada Pier to your hotel in Phuket.
  • For Round-trip ticket between Phuket and Phi Phi, we can provide pick-up and drop-off service between your hotel in Phuket and Rassada Pier.
  • For ticket from Phuket - Phi Phi - Aonang/Railay/Lanta/Krabi, we can provide a pick-up service from your hotel in Phuket to Rassada Pier.

2) For Connecting boat ticket, Open or Return tickets will be issued at check-in counter. (We will not be responsible for any refunds for Lost / damaged of the tickets).

3) The weather may affect the voyage.
