Xi'an Terracotta Warriors Half-Day English Group Tour - Exploring China's 2,000-Year-Old History
As the morning sun rises, between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM during this leisurely and pleasant time, our professional guide will promptly meet you with warm hospitality. They will accompany you attentively throughout the journey, leading you to the awe-inspiring Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum of Emperor Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum, a site bearing millennia of profound history.
As you step through the museum's entrance, you'll enter a cultural sanctuary that gathers the essence of millennia-old civilizations. You'll then have approximately 2.5 hours to leisurely explore and immerse yourself in this treasure trove. The museum meticulously displays over 7,000 precious artifacts, all originating from the glorious Qin Dynasty more than 2,200 years ago. Each piece embodies the wisdom and craftsmanship of ancient artisans, standing as true artistic masterpieces. Behold the lifelike Terracotta Warriors—some with resolute gazes as if standing ready for battle, others with steadfast expressions that seem to recount tales of battlefield valor, making one almost hear the echoes of clashing weapons and armored horses. During your visit, these artifacts will guide you through the extraordinary life of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. With remarkable courage and strategic brilliance, he conquered the six warring states, unified China, ended prolonged conflicts, and established the first feudal empire in Chinese history, laying the foundation for future development. This magnificent mausoleum was meticulously planned and constructed during his lifetime, its grand scale and ingenious layout reflecting both his ambitious vision and profound foresight.
After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the guide will recommend the "Resurrected Legion" performance. Participation is optional at your own expense of 268 RMB per person. If you choose not to attend, we will arrange a dedicated vehicle to safely transport you back to a designated location within Xi'an's Second Ring Road where the tour will conclude.
Please note: This group tour typically concludes around 3:00 PM (please be aware that actual end times may vary due to dynamic factors such as tourist site crowd fluctuations and unpredictable traffic conditions, with the exact time subject to on-site circumstances). If you need to catch important transportation like high-speed trains or flights after the tour, we sincerely recommend booking connections with ample transfer time to allow sufficient buffer for potential unexpected situations and ensure smooth travel. Of course, if your schedule is tight and you wish to end the tour early, you may inform us at any time to arrange your own return transportation (at your own expense). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a pleasant journey!
