To protect the ancient city's character, the local government implements vehicle control measures around the inner and outer sections of Hanoi's Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District). Large vehicles and cars are prohibited from entering the Old Quarter daily from 6:00-9:00 and 16:00-19:30.
Therefore, all pick-up points for this tour are located within the Old Quarter area for easy walking access. Before departure, customer service will inform you of the nearest and most convenient pick-up location based on your hotel/accommodation. Please check platform notifications or contact customer service.
