The itinerary was good. The only drawback was that we wasted 40 minutes at the hotel. Otherwise, the actual tour time was about 2 hours. The price was okay. It would have been cheaper if we had booked locally. The online service was very good.★

We had a wonderful tour with everything we had hoped for! Our guide was super friendly, helpful, and told us lots of interesting things about the local nature and wildlife. We also saw many animals: bats, monkeys, snakes, eagles, lizards, otters, etc. We had enough time for everything, but we never stayed anywhere too long or unnecessarily long. Our guide also had a great sense for timing, always taking us to the spots before or after the big crowds arrived. We’re really glad we booked this tour! It was definitely more personal and relaxed, yet also more exciting than being with a big group that just drives you from A to B without sharing so many amazing things. We can more than recommend this tour!★

We were picked up right in front of McDonald’s, and the driver arrived on time, which made the start of the trip smooth and convenient. The overall experience was truly enjoyable everything went as planned, and the scenery at the lake was beautiful. Just a small tip for future visitors, do set aside around RM 20 for the lake entry fee. The boat driver was friendly, accommodating, and made the ride even more pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable trip that I would definitely recommend to others.★
