A cultural oasis – with a unique indoor garden and a bustling Grand Café – where constantly many interesting things are going on, from concerts, lectures and movie nights to art education for children and young adults.
On view from 13 February to 6 September American Identities
H'ART Museum presents two exhibitions in collaboration with the Smithsonian American Art Museum: American Myth & Memory: David Levinthal Photographs, followed by Radical Histories: Chicano Prints from the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
The exhibitions offer visitors a dual perspective on how the United States deals with its history and multicultural society. It contributes to greater insight and understanding, especially in these turbulent times.
The museum has always housed some of the most unique and famous art from antiquity to the present day. Connecting the art world in new ways and bringing it to Amsterdam for everyone to enjoy.
