We love that we can ride all 3 routes with the same ticket. I wish all the drivers announced the stops, only one driver did it. On one route we missed the stop. One important thing is I wish we can find out the route stops on the website so we can plan ahead.★

I used this service for a day trip to Toledo. While you can buy tickets at the bus terminal on the day of departure, I think it's easier to buy them in advance. There are no assigned seats, so the bus departs as soon as it reaches capacity. I recommend allowing plenty of time. There's no indication of the platform number, but I think it's generally the platform with the longest line, both going and returning…
