The hike was superbly organized, with plenty of helpful tips on hiking techniques and the surrounding area, and the toboggan run was a blast! Our guide, Francis, was the best we could have asked for. Without her, our hike wouldn't have been half as much fun! I can definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent tour with Leo! An unforgettable experience that exceeded all our expectations. Leo was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. He passionately explained the natural beauty of the mountains and surrounding areas, and we had wonderful conversations throughout the tour. Although we couldn't climb Villarrica Volcano for safety reasons, the alternative route up Quetrupillán Volcano was spectacular. The ascent was peaceful, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and tranquility. At the summit, the panoramic views of volcanoes, mountains, and the glacier were breathtaking. We had plenty of time for photos, relaxing, and chatting. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Leo, for your patience and knowledge! 🌋🏔️

There were some issues with the phone settings, and after installing the SIM card, there was no connection for a while. Tech support also didn't respond promptly. We had to resolve issues like ordering a taxi and checking into a hotel using Wi-Fi. However, after tech support responded, everything worked perfectly and there were no connection issues.
