Experience nourishing movement and soothing, calming breathing techniques to promote relaxation and well-being. Variations are offered in each class to ensure the classes are suitable for beginners through to those with more experience.
Please arrive five minutes before the displayed start time of class to avoid disturbing other participants once the class has started. Bring either a yoga mat or towel to practice on. Yoga mats are available for rental - Please send a message at least 24 hours before.
This is a public group class - If you are looking for a private group yoga experience for just you & your chosen guests, there is a separate activity for this available for booking.
