Itinerary
This guided boat tour is the perfect mix of nature, history, crystal-clear swimming spots, and relaxing beach time, taking you across the stunning waters where the Adriatic and Ionian Seas meet.

Departing from Vlora, you will explore three spectacular destinations: the legendary Sazan Island, the impressive Haxhi Ali Cave, and the pristine beaches of the Karaburun Peninsula. Along the way, you will enjoy panoramic views, hidden coves, and the wild beauty of Albania's protected marine area.

Stop 1: Sazan Island (40 minutes)
Your journey begins with a visit to Sazan Island, once a restricted military zone and today part of the Karaburun-Sazan Marine National Park. During your free time on the island, you can explore on foot and experience its unique atmosphere, where history and nature come together.

You may choose to:
Take a self-guided walk and discover remnants of the island's past
Explore old bunkers and military buildings from the Cold War period
Swim in the island's crystal-clear waters
Enjoy the peaceful beaches and breathtaking coastal views

Please note: Sazan Island is open for exploration from June to November. Outside this period, the boat will approach the island for sightseeing and photos, but guests may not disembark.

Stop 2: Haxhi Ali Cave (15–20 minutes)
Next, you will enter the famous Haxhi Ali Cave, one of the most fascinating natural attractions along the Karaburun coast. This sea cave is known for its dramatic limestone formations and the stories connected to the legendary Albanian pirate Haxhi Ali.

Inside the cave, you will have time to:
Enter by boat and admire the impressive rock formations
Take stunning photos in a unique natural setting
Hear local legends and historical stories from your guide
Swim in the calm waters near the cave entrance

Stop 3: Karaburun Peninsula (2–2.5 hours)
The final and longest stop takes place along the wild and untouched Karaburun Peninsula, famous for its rugged cliffs, turquoise water, and secluded beaches accessible only by boat. Here you will have plenty of time to relax, swim, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Albanian Riviera.

Depending on conditions, the stop will be at Shen Vasil Beach or Dhim Kushta Bay, where you can:

Swim in crystal-clear waters
Relax on a peaceful beach surrounded by nature
Enjoy a meal at a seaside restaurant (not affiliated with the tour)
Rent optional sunbeds and umbrellas (approximately 10–20 EUR, not mandatory)

After your beach time, you will return by boat to Vlora, ending the tour with beautiful coastal views along the way.
