Itinerary
Nestled along the banks of Europe's last wild river, this location is the gateway to an adventure that blends freshwater exploration, coastal discovery, and raw natural beauty — all in just one incredible day.

Our journey begins in the calm, meandering waters of the lower Vjosa, surrounded by lush wetlands, wild flora, and the sounds of untouched nature. As you paddle downstream, you'll witness firsthand how this river continues to flow freely, without dams or artificial barriers — a rare sight in modern Europe.

The highlight of the experience comes when we approach the natural outlet of the Vjosa into the Adriatic Sea — a truly magical transition where river meets ocean. This is not a man-made canal, but a living, shifting estuary where you can feel the changing salinity, currents, and even the color of the water. It's a moment few get to experience: gliding from a sweetwater ecosystem into the salty embrace of the open sea, surrounded by nothing but sky, wind, and waves.

Once out at sea, the adventure continues. We paddle along approximately 5 kilometers of Albania's untouched coastline, making our way toward Kallëngë Lagoon, a remote and protected marine habitat near the village of Delisuf. This stretch of the Adriatic is quiet, serene, and rich in biodiversity — home to a variety of migratory birds, fish species, and wild vegetation. It's an ideal escape for anyone seeking solitude, connection with nature, and a sense of timeless wilderness.

Along the way, there are moments to rest, swim, or simply float and absorb the silence. The route offers panoramic views of the surrounding delta, lagoon, and distant mountains — a reminder of Albania's unspoiled ecological diversity.

Important Notes
This tour is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled based on wind conditions, tide levels, and general sea safety.
The river-to-sea crossing is done only when conditions allow for a safe and enjoyable experience.
All activities are conducted under the supervision of certified, experienced guides, with attention to safety and environmental sustainability.
We wanted to inform you that unfortunately the water levels have dropped significantly and Narta Lagoon does not have enough water for kayaking. Instead, we still organize the kayak tour near the lagoon, but on the sea part that connects to it.
The kayaking experience remains the same , and during the tour, we walk for about 25–30 minutes to reach the hill where the lighthouse is located and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. After that, we visit the communist-era fortifications before returning to the starting point by kayak.
