This tour was both driving to "New" Zagreb as well as walking quite a bit in Upper Zagreb and the downtown area. We loved our guide, Filip, who offered charm, the history, the architecture and a little Croatian cynicism as a local. He even found us dinner reservations at the most delicious restaurant we would not have found on our own. Highly recommend! About
