I was so impressed by Shak’s presentation and professionalism. She is one of a kind, she really had a good measure of explaining than add also some jokes but in order to understand the artist. Really nice lady Shak❤️

Our tour guide was so knowledgeable. We learned so many new things. She took her time and explained everything and pointed out things I would have missed, if we chose to do the museums by ourselves. The skip the lines where worth their price, and we would definitely recommend.

I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.
