I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Convenient departure point from Central Station. Good bus. When you board, they give you a ticket with your return departure time. We've used this route twice already.

Great! The museum is interesting and focuses on the world of opera, musicians, singers, objects, and unusual musical instruments (like a double-necked guitar...). The guide insisted with the staff that we go straight into the theater because she knew there was going to be a rehearsal that would prevent the guided tour. Plus, at the end, we were able to go back on our own and listen to a classical music concert for a few minutes in one of the upstairs boxes (with an audience). Fantastic!

The booking process was simple and smooth! The pick-up location was also very convenient; you can see Autotradale right outside Exit 6 of LIN Airport, or you can ask someone for directions. It was very easy.

Debbie was very knowledgeable and really helpful. She brought the tour to life with her local knowledge. Highly recommend her. The only issue were the TUI meeting directions which too k a little while to find each other.


