If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:15 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

The Night Tour departs at 6:15pm sharp from Suntec (3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall Tower 2 #01-K8, Singapore 038983).
Please redeem your tickets at the Suntec BIG BUS & DUCK counter 30 minutes in advance of departure.
The Night Tour duration is 3–3.5 hours (approx).
Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
Buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses.
Night Tour commentary is delivered in English.
