The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

The cathedral itself was spectacular. There didn’t seem to be any special line when we were there for presale tickets, so we just had to line up the same as others buying tickets - so no benefit to buying them in advance for us.
