I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.

Great tour. I wish the company would invest in headsets like the other groups we saw last night. While our guide was good, we had to walk far from monuments to hear him speak because it was noisy from other locals and visitors speaking loudly. I did another walking tour using headsets and that was more effective. Otherwise it was good.
