Venice: Ghetto Highlights and Cannaregio Walking Tour

Explore one of the most important landmarks of Venice, the streets and the history of the first Ghetto in history, hearing about its past and present.

You will also stop in a local kosher family run bakery to taste the culinary Jewish culture.

In the 2 hour option of this tour, after having discovered the former Jewish Ghetto area, you will also stroll through the quiet streets leading to the Gothic Madonna dell'Orto Church, treasuring Tintoretto's tomb and a choice of his most significant artworks (visited only from outside).

Enjoy the picturesque view of a former boat workshop and the surprising sight of the only bridge without balustrade.

The tour will end at Campo Santa Sofia from where you can continue on your own by foot to the Rialto Bridge and Rialto fish market or by taking a traditional gondola ferry.
