The overall experience itself were amazing, however I paid extra for a hot chocolate and cookies but didn’t receive the cookies, and they were giving out hot chocolates anyway. But other than that we got to see more of the city and it was an amazing experience.★

We loved our tour guide Janet. She was so brilliant. We were late getting to the meeting spot and she called us to make sure we were coming. We found the meeting spot. Once in the museum she would ask us questions at each piece which engaged us and we really enjoyed learning about Van Gogh ! Thank you so much for making our experience a memorable one. Aylee was an absolutely fantastic guide. She did a great job of sharing Vincent’s personal story and how this translated into his paintings. Vincent has never been one of my favourite artists but Aylee showed me a side to him I did not know. The exhibition of his work is fantastic- a must see if you are in Amsterdam and so much better for having a guide. Thank you Aylee!★

The tour was really good but I think the description can be better! We thought it was a private tour that accomodates up to 6 but it was not, it was a maximum of 6 and you need to book twice if you have 2 people on the tour. It is rather costly too, about 100euros for 1.5h★

Titia, our guide, was an incredible storyteller, weaving a coherent narrative about Van Gogh’s life and artistic evolution. She demonstrated how his style transformed over the years, providing insights into the connections between his life experiences and his art. It was an enriching experience to have her as our guide, as without her, we might have spent hours wandering aimlessly, missing the most significant aspects of the exhibition. Highly recommend having her as a guide.
