The overall experience itself were amazing, however I paid extra for a hot chocolate and cookies but didn’t receive the cookies, and they were giving out hot chocolates anyway. But other than that we got to see more of the city and it was an amazing experience.

Excellent experience. Easy booking and responsive, knowledgeable support (I had bought two tickets, then requested to cancel one and change the time!). The river cruise is comfortable, with a heated area, electric charging points, restrooms, and explanations in your preferred language!


