Our comprehensive course spans five hours and features a captivating Central Market trip, hands-on cooking, savoring the fruits of our labor, unwinding in our scenic garden, and delving into the intricacies of Vietnamese culture.

During your cooking class, learn how to prepare seasonal dishes. If you have a favorite dish, please write it down on the booking page. Vegetarian options are also available.

• Fresh or fried spring rolls
• Stuffed shiitake mushrooms
• Traditional Vietnamese pumpkin soup
• Banana salad (with chicken or pork ear)

• Colorful soup: Khoai Mỡ (a traditional Vietnamese dish)
