Reviews: Stockholm: Old Town Walking Tour, stories and secrets

Our lovely guide Sara was brilliant! Her knowledge of the area was outstanding and she kept us engaged the whole time with her humour and interactive questions. We had an excellent overview of gamla Stan - a great introduction to Stockholm and its history!
Reviews: Stockholm Pass: Save up to 50% - Includes Vasa Museum Ticket
Guest User2026-01-07
The price is justified considering that most museum tickets in Stockholm cost around €30. However, the museum opening hours are quite inconvenient. We opted for the 3-day pass and saw a fair amount, but it's simply impossible to fit everything in if you also want to eat well and see everything. Overall, I would recommend the pass, but be aware that it requires meticulous planning of your itinerary.
Reviews: Walking Tour of Stockholm Old Town
Guest User2026-01-16
We took a small walking tour of Stockholm’s Old Town with our guide Kyra, and it was fantastic. She was very personable and made an effort to engage with every member of the group, which made the tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. Kyra shared interesting stories about the history of the Old Town and pointed out details we would never have noticed on our own. She also gave us some excellent recommendations for food and other sightseeing in Stockholm, which we really appreciated. We also stopped off for some takeaway coffee to warm up mid trip, and visited the oldest candy store in town that still made its sweets the original way! Very cool. The tour was both fun and informative, and it gave us a much deeper appreciation for the Old Town. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Stockholm, it’s a great way to explore the area!
Reviews: Vasa Museum Guided Tour, Including Ticket & Guide
Guest User2026-01-16
We took this two hour walking tour of the Vasa Museum with a small group of around eight people, and it was fantastic! Our guide Viola was incredibly personable and enthusiastic, clearly very knowledgeable, and kept everyone engaged throughout the tour. Having a guide is definitely worth it at this museum. Viola shared so many fascinating details about the ship and its history, which we never would have learned on our own. Her passion for the subject really made the museum come alive, and the stories she told added context and depth to what we were seeing. The Vasa itself is impressive, but the tour made it even more special. We left with a much greater understanding and appreciation of this remarkable ship. We would highly recommend booking a guided tour to anyone visiting the Vasa Museum!
