I really enjoyed the visit to Sea Life. The children were engaged and enjoyed the talk about sharks and turtles at the end of our visit. The only drawback was the very poor mobile signal in Blackpool, which we found disappointing considering its designation as a major tourist destination.

There wasn't much to see. The penguin parade was so crowded you couldn't even squeeze in; the Otaru Aquarium was much better. We didn't even have time for lunch after visiting the zoo—it was incredibly crowded. Luckily, I brought some biscuits. By the time we got back it was already past 7 pm, and I was starving.

The tour guide is Chinese and speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese, so you don't need to worry about language barriers. I think it's highly recommended to take a tour if you want to visit all the places like Asahiyama Zoo, the Lonely Pine Tree, Whitebeard Falls, etc. The air-conditioned bus is warm and comfortable; you can just take a short nap and arrive at your destination without having to wait for a bus in the cold. Overall, it's a must-try!

I had a great experience with tour guides Li Huixing and Liu Depeng this time. The meeting point was confirmed and some important information was provided via WeChat the night before. The day of the activity was purely sightseeing with no shopping stops, and the time was well-planned. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. Guide Liu is very knowledgeable about history, and his afternoon tours of the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace were excellent; highly recommended.


