SUP is not just a sport: it is a way to get in tune with nature, a moment of pure freedom, far from the hustle and bustle, where every paddle stroke becomes a little journey.

Imagine setting off from the shore, the board gliding gently over the clear water, and a whole new world opening up before you: sea caves to explore, hidden coves where you can stop for a dip, breathtaking views of the houses of Polignano that seem suspended between the sky and the sea. All this at a leisurely pace, with the sound of the sea as your only soundtrack.

Our boards are suitable for everyone, from beginners to enthusiasts. Before you set off, we offer a short briefing to help you feel confident and find the right balance. You don't need to be an expert or super fit: all you need is a desire to have fun, curiosity, and a love of the sea.

We offer flexible rentals: you can choose to stay in the water for an hour, half a day, or even the whole day. Whether you want a short escape at sunset or a whole day of exploration, you'll find the perfect solution for you. And to make the experience even more special, we provide accessories such as life jackets, adjustable paddles, safety leashes, and small waterproof bags to carry your essentials (phone, water, snacks... and maybe a camera to capture the magic!).

And then there are the extra experiences: SUP yoga lessons at sunrise, guided day trips with stories about the history and legends of Polignano, sunset tours with a floating aperitif. Every moment on the SUP can become an unforgettable memory. Our base is located in a strategic point on the coast, near Lama Monachile, within easy walking distance of the historic center. We are open every day from April to October and ready to welcome you with a smile, useful advice, and all the passion we have for the sea.
