Volterra: Pizza Cooking Class in a Tuscan Farmhouse

The Pizza course takes you through the preparation of traditional pizza dough that you can take home and enjoy following our instructions. Then, the pizza will be cooked and served, already risen, garnished with our ingredients choosen by you. The lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni Family wine.

During the course, which takes place in Italian or in English (depending on your needs), you can participate in the preparation of the Pizza and interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to preparation of the Pizza.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your station, where you will find your apron and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipe.

Children under 6 are welcome to join for free. They won't have their own cooking station, but they can enjoy the experience by helping their parents and sharing the fun moments together.
